SIMONA: Lightweight and durable CELPLAST PVC sheets for construction and interior applications

SIMONA offers CELPLAST PVC foam sheets as a versatile material for construction, interior design and technical applications. Their smooth, hard surface is easy to clean, while their low weight simplifies handling, transport and installation.

One of the material’s advantages is its very low water absorption. The sheets do not swell and are resistant to mould, making them suitable for bathrooms and damp environments. Applications include furniture, cladding, exhibition stands and shop fittings, as well as caravan, ambulance and boat interiors.

The range includes two variants: 

• CELPLAST® 9002 in standard white is designed for indoor use. It is available in a 3,050 × 1,220 mm format with thicknesses from 10 to 24 mm, and a 3,050 × 1,560 mm format with thicknesses from 10 to 19 mm. A protective film covers one side.
• CELPLAST® 2542, in a shade similar to RAL 9016, is developed for outdoor use. It is available in a 3,000 × 1,250 mm format with thicknesses from 10 to 24 mm, and a 3,000 × 1,560 mm format with thicknesses from 10 to 19 mm. Both sides are covered with a protective film. Custom formats are available on request for both variants.

The material offers good insulation properties, is flame-retardant and is fully recyclable.
