Delegation trip to Germany on the topic: “Energy Storage Systems (ESS)”

The aim is to provide the delegation with an overview of the use of storage systems and smart batteries and to present practical solutions developed by German industry. Participants will visit reference sites, experience technologies in practice and establish contacts with manufacturers. The programme will also support the exchange of experience and expand knowledge of the creation of framework conditions for the development of these technologies. 

During the networking event, at which German companies will present their portfolios, there will also be an opportunity to take part in discussions through B2B meetings.

• Hydrogen Storage (pressurised storage tanks, LOHC, metal hydride solutions)
• Thermal Energy Storage Systems (high-temperature storage, latent heat storage, power-to-heat)
• System Integration and Energy Management (EMS, virtual power plants and consumption optimisation)
• Gas Compression and Storage (hydrogen compressors, gas monitoring and control)
• Applications of Stored Energy (peak shaving, backup power supplies, fuel cells)
