TECHNOLOGY:
Tool: The company manufactures its products to renowned machinery manufacturers such as.:
Deckel-Maho, AGIE, CHARMILLES.
Installation of our products performed by experienced personnel who are dedicated to all the details so that the resulting molding match all defined quality standards.

Pressing Our plastic moldings are produced on presses Engel, Arburg and Haitian. These facilities, along with the application process management, production management and quality guarantee for our customers. Haitian presses have handlers for pomace removal, ensuring stability and high automation of the manufacturing process. Our main market segments are the technical parts for electrical and automotive industries.

DESIGN
The departments use 3D designCAD systems Catia, ProEngineer and Solid Works. Optimal design of forms allows for flow simulation using SIMCON.
Using these resources allows us to minimize the number of tests we produced forms, and respond flexibly to possible modifications to the requirements of our customers.

QUALITY
Quality Department has a modern CNC 3D measuring device from the company DEA. The department, in cooperation with the mill also provides testing and recovery we made molds for injection molding machines. It also provides for the monitoring of critical dimensions during production of moldings and their statistical evaluation.
