Our tooling specialises in producing injection moulds for the automotive, pharmaceutical and technical industries. For the injection moulds production, we use standard steel suppliers for shaped parts and mould frame. We create the 3D construction ourselves and provide you with full support even in the field of Mould-flow analysis. We also offer injection mould repairs and modifications according to 3D/2D data. We can help you even if the data isn’t available. We are able to measure particular parts and assess your requirements technologically. We produce bespoke copper and graphite electrodes necessary for EDM (cavity sinking) machining.
