What C.A.PICARD offers:
We manufacture highly wear resistant parts for almost any abrasive, corrosive (or both)
application. With a diameter range from 20 mm to 350 mm and a selected choice of materials
(nitrided steel, tool steel up to powder metallurgic alloys for elements).
C.A.PICARD delivers components that fit your requirements in quality, resistance and functionality.
Closed, venting, side-feeding or combi barrels appear either solid or lined. Basically the liners are also made of a PM metall that features a high wear resistance for the main bore.
C.A.PICARD screw shafts always suit customer’s requirements concerning torque request,
spline and resistance to corrosion.
On your purpose we fully assemble your predetermined screw configuration on the shafts. If
dismantling of used, worn or stuffed parts off the screw shafts challenges you we help with
our flexible dismantling service.
