Synventive Plate Actuation
Plate actuation is ideal for an optimal synchronized needle opening in high cavitation molds and delivers a uniform filling of plastic parts into the cavities. The plate actuation is available for pneumatic systems for the Synventive nozzle series 06E (Valve pin diameter: 3 mm) and 09E (Valve pin diameter: 3,8 mm.

Up to 32 nozzles can be actuated simultaneous and if needed individual nozzles can be deactivated. The pneumatic actuators can be mounted either above or below the lifting plate.
