At K 2025, Arburg unveiled the completely new Allrounder Trend series, opening another chapter in electric injection moulding machines. The new models combine advanced technology, exceptional energy efficiency and easy operation – precisely in line with current market requirements for fast, reliable and cost-effective production of standard parts.

The New “Trend” Performance Level

Allrounder Trend represents a completely new performance level of electric machines designed for conventional applications. The design was developed entirely from the ground up: from the electric drive, through the energy-efficient clamping unit and high-performance injection unit, to the dynamic electric ejector. The new design is complemented by the Gestica lite control system with an intuitive interface and a clear dashboard, allowing easy operation even by less experienced personnel.

Easy Installation, Operation and Maintenance

Allrounder Trend machines are designed for rapid commissioning and easy integration into production. Generous mould space, clearly arranged media interfaces and the “Plug & Work” function reduce changeover and setup times. Arburg also offers digital maintenance support through the MaintenanceAssist app, which guides operators step by step through servicing tasks using instructional videos. For maintenance, all lubrication and service points are easily accessible without special tools.

Efficiency and Flexibility in One

The new machines enable economical production even in small production runs. Short delivery times (usually around four weeks), low operating costs and a rapid return on investment make the Trend series an ideal choice for companies seeking to respond flexibly to changing orders and produce competitively even under cost pressure. Thanks to their compact design, they also deliver maximum performance within a minimal footprint.

Global Quality “Made by Arburg”

Allrounder Trend is a testament to Arburg's more than 75 years of experience in plastics processing. The machines will be available worldwide from spring 2026, with production following the “local to local” principle, using regional components. Four sizes will be available, with clamping forces from 500 to 2 000 kN and injection unit sizes from 100 to 800 according to EM.

The Trend series thus sets a new standard for electric injection moulding machines designed for standard applications – simple, reliable, energy-efficient and available worldwide.
