SUBTER PLUS – Exclusive Representative of O.C.S. for Rubber Molds in the Czech Republic and Central Europe

In October 2024, SUBTER PLUS s.r.o. from Jindřichův Hradec became the exclusive representative of the Italian manufacturer of moulds for the rubber industry, O.C.S. s.r.l., not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary. 

The Italian company O.C.S. s.r.l. designs and manufactures moulds for rubber production, including injection moulding, compression moulding, open-mould injection moulding, transfer moulding and moulds for moulding with a centre plate, known as sandwich moulds.

Since 1974, O.C.S. has established itself in the so-called Rubber Valley as a specialist in moulds for the production of seals and packings.

Over the years, the company has designed and manufactured more than 79,000 injection and compression moulds and has become a pioneer guiding its customers from planning through to automatic part ejection.

Today, O.C.S. offers custom moulds for technical rubber products such as O-rings, X-rings, V-rings, washers, frames, plugs, balls, diaphragms, closures, bellows, cuffs, vehicle parts and other custom moulds for complex projects.

The business strategy of O.C.S.  led to the need to establish three separate departments, as they found that focusing on a single product range was crucial to keeping it continually up to date. 

OCS O-ring 

This division designs and manufactures moulds for O-rings and basic parts such as X-rings, V-rings, etc.

OCS Extra

OCS Extra is the company unit responsible for designing and manufacturing moulds for technical rubber parts in a wide range of profiles and dimensions, as well as planning and producing moulds and complex tooling to resolve or alleviate problems associated with moulding cycles. 

OCS Service

OCS service is the company department responsible for pre-sales and after-sales services, including surface treatments, sampling, pre-series production, advice on suitable mould cleaning methods, maintenance, repairs, spare parts and on-site assistance directly at customers' production plants. 

At O.C.S., they will design and engineer moulds for you (you only need to send us a model or drawing of the required rubber product). They will manufacture your moulds from either steel or stainless steel. The moulds can also be chrome-plated on their chrome-plating line. On request, they will give your mould a satin finish.
