arburgGREENworld Pavilion: The Circular Economy in Practice

In the outdoor area in front of Hall 16, arburgGREENworld – a pavilion focusing on recycling and energy efficiency – will be presented as part of the Power of Plastics Forum. Once again this year, it is being organised by Arburg's own trainees.

The main exhibit here is a fully automated system for processing recycled fishing nets to produce model dolphins. Presentations and interactive stations will offer an insight into specific ways in which plastics can be part of a sustainable future. Particular attention should be paid to the lecture by Prof. Dr. Andreas Fath, nicknamed the “swimming professor”, who will appear as an Arburg brand ambassador.

Hall 13: Machines, Automation and Digitalisation

At Arburg's main stand (13A13), visitors can look forward to 19 exhibits – from state-of-the-art injection moulding machines and additive manufacturing systems, through robotics, to new developments in software and services. The main premieres will include, for example:

• Vertical Allrounder machine (1 000 kN): A compact, energy-efficient machine with a new control system and an excellent price/performance ratio. A demonstration of a film insert moulding application for plastic parts.
• Allrounder Cube 1800: Automated production of two-component closures for the cosmetics industry.
• Allrounder More 2000: Production of domino tiles for the toy sector.
• Allrounder 570 A and 520 A: Intelligent communication between machine and mould and IML applications in the medical sector.
• Allrounder 720 A: Injection moulding of IML cups with subsequent compression – an alternative to thermoforming in the packaging industry.

Interesting applications in electronics, injection moulding of technical parts, lightweight construction and silicone will also be presented directly at the Arburg stand or at partner companies.

Technical Supporting Programme: Digitalisation and the Future of Plastics

As part of Smart Saturday (11 October 2025, VDMA pavilion), Werner Faulhaber (Head of Development) and Stephan Reich (Head of Global IT and Digital Services) will give a lecture on digitalisation in plastics processing. A separate series of technical lectures featuring renowned guests from industry and research will also take place in the arburgGREENworld pavilion.

At K 2025, Arburg will present itself as a technology leader that combines sustainability, innovation and digitalisation in concrete solutions. arburgSOLUTIONworld will offer plastics professionals not only inspiration, but above all practical tools for sustainable and competitive production in the 21st century.
