What we can test for you:
- tensile strength of metal materials and products at room temperature, e.g. sheets, wires, tubes, bolts, ropes, etc.,
- we can also determine yield strength, elongation, reduction of area, and other parameters,
- hardness testing according to Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers under various loads,
- tensile and compression testing of various materials and products up to 50 tons on universal testing machines – for example glass beads, plastic products, leather belts, and textile straps,
- torsional strength testing of bolts, wires, and screws.
What is included in the output:
A report issued by an accredited testing laboratory, including photo documentation, evaluation, and a graphical record of the test.
Why test materials:
Mechanical testing helps determine whether a material or product has the required properties. The measured values can be compared with relevant standards to assess their suitability for use in buildings, structures, or various types of equipment. Testing can also reveal whether products or materials fail to meet requirements, helping to avoid their use and prevent subsequent claims.
