DALGA GROUP s.r.o., a company specializing in plastic recycling with a facility in Velké Přítočné, is looking for a skilled and responsible administrative assistant to join its team.
What will you do with us?
· Take care of the administration associated with the operation of the company: o correspondence (e-mails, letters) o sorting documents and keeping records o handling material orders and their transportation o processing receipts and disbursements o preparing documents for invoicing o monitoring deadlines (training, etc.) o ensuring mail
· Keep records of waste according to applicable legislation (training provided)
· Perform simple laboratory measurements of MFI for plastics (training provided) What do we expect from you?
· Secondary education in economics ď‚· Driving license group B
· Clean criminal record
· Knowledge of working on a PC (Word, Excel, internet)
· Independence, diligence and reliability
· Good communication and organizational skills What do we offer you?
