Personna Edgewell is proud of new conveyors and separators from LIPM s.r.o.

At the American company Personna Edgewell, manufacturer of Wilkinson Sword disposable razors, we installed two conveyor and separator assemblies from the Italian manufacturer RO.MA.

The equipment is used to separate finished products and runners, which are subsequently granulated in-line and the material returned to the production process.

This solved the customer's problem and optimised the process so that the runners and products are completely separated from each other. This is already the fourth system the customer has purchased in the last two years. This system consists of two smooth horizontal conveyors , one angled conveyor and a cleated discharge conveyor, supplemented by a drum separator with fixed openings.
