MULTILIFT V model refinement from ARBURG
We are continuously working to increase the efficiency of our products. The latest example is the model refinement of our vertical MULTILIFT V robotic system. The new “dynamic vertical axis” option means that the action and set-down times can be reduced by up to 40% in total – including faster cycles.
Faster standard robotic systems for greater efficiency
The range of applications has also been expanded: You can now use the MULTILIFT V robotic system on all horizontal hydraulic, hybrid and electric ALLROUNDER injection moulding machines. In combination with a “dynamic vertical axis”, a fast standard robotic system is available for greater efficiency with medium to large unit volumes.

Practical example demonstrates great potential
The vertical axis has a speed of up to 4,000 mm/s and an acceleration of max. 20 m/s2. The example demonstrating the production of two cups shows how the cycle time can be optimised by 12%. Over a year, this results in a production increase of more than 1.2 million moulded parts.
