• Two fully-electric Sumitomo Demag IntElect2 130T (1,300 kN; tie-bar spacing 510/520 mm) with SDR 11S robot; parts up to ~130 g.
• Quote within 48 hours. T0/T1 samples within 48 hours after receiving your mould. Series production starts immediately after mould delivery/approval.
• Machine rate: €100/h (CZK 2,500/h) excl. VAT — all-in for machine run incl. operator, packaging and QC. Material billed separately. Changeovers: 3–5 h, billed hourly at €100/h.
• 1K injection only (PP, ABS, PC/ABS, PA6, POM, TPE/TPU and others).
• Tooling via 3 proven CZ partners (CN option for price-sensitive projects). Typical new-mould lead time: 16 weeks after design sign-off.
• Quality: fully-electric machines = stable process; in-process monitoring; 100% outgoing inspection on request. NDA by default.
• Extras: UV printing, laser marking, assembly, retail-ready packing, and B2B drop-shipping directly to your customers.
