Sell: Regranulation line Un-Mak
UN-MACK 100 (manufacturer Iketli OSB, Turkey) with a capacity of 100 kg/h. Line length: 10 m. Number of heating zones: 5.
The line is in operational condition after a complete refurbishment. Processing principle: strands are pulled through a cooling bath and subsequently pelletized (cut).
A major upgrade of the electrical system has been carried out – wiring in the extruder, control cabinet, connection between cabinet and extruder, and installation of new connection panels under the machine. The screw is in good condition, verified by BOCO Pardubice.
The machine is supplied with filtration screens. A pneumatic circuit was installed for the screens, including a pressure regulator and control unit.
The machine is equipped with a material loader, including connection to the compressed air system and a custom-made hopper holder.
Material transport from the mixing silo to big bags is solved by a shaftless spiral conveyor and an unused silo with a capacity of 12 tons. A big bag tower is included.
