In this position, you will be responsible for managing production, maintenance, technological development, and a team of approximately 10 employees. The role also includes overseeing production lines, including a robotic line, R&D activities, purchasing input materials, communicating with suppliers, and managing the company premises.
This is an independent position with real decision-making authority.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a technically oriented person with experience in production or a technical field, ideally with a mechanical engineering background. Independence, responsibility, logical thinking, a results-oriented approach, and a willingness to learn new things are important.
Experience with material recycling of plastics, robotic lines, or knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage.
