We offer technical aluLDPE regranulate made from post-consumer packaging (beverage cartons), suitable for injection molding and technical applications.
The material offers:
- LDPE with up to 18% aluminum – increased stiffness and dimensional stability
- MFI 4.5–6 g/10 min (190 °C / 2.16 kg) – proven in industrial operation
- 100% recycled content, EU production
- Low odor, consistent pellet size (~4 mm)
Annual production capacity: 4,000 t – long-term contracts welcome
Technical parameters (selection):
- Density: 1.07 g/cm³
- Young’s modulus: ~528 MPa
- Tensile strength: ~13 MPa
- Impact strength: up to 83 kJ/m² (23 °C)
- Recommended processing temperature: < 190 °C
