In milling, the company uses three-axis to five-axis machining technologies, including precision contour machining. Turning is applied to plastic rods, with the ability to process materials up to 70 mm in diameter and 3 m in length.

Materials and Certifications

The company processes a wide range of plastics – for example PMMA, PC, PVDF, PP, PE, PA, PTFE, PEEK, PES, POM and PETP, including grades containing glass or graphite. Material data sheets and certificates for the plastics used are provided on request.
