Elektropermanentn� QUAD PRESS magnet systems are designed for quick and easy exchange of forms for injection presses. Innovation magnetic board allows bind any size injection molds, just return the forms without the need to disassemble the injection press. Magnetization time clamping plate is around 1-2 seconds. Monolithic structure of the board is resistant to the pressures and burdens of the technology of injection. Electronic control unit can be connected with injection presses for blocking machine at demagnetiz�cii. Inside magnetic boards Quad-Press is located 75 sensors allow to check the correct form of closure and clamping.
