The MJ nozzle is ideal for the processing of small parts or where space is minimal. Designed for multi cavity hot half configurations the nozzle has optimised thermocouple and heater positioning to ensure precise temperature control and profile. The small gate pocket allows injection into restricted areas while enabling superior cooling of the gate area, thus providing improved part quality and cycle times.

The MX nozzle is designed for use in high cavitation hot half systems including those requiring close cavity pitching. By providing excellent thermal consistency the MX nozzle is able to process a wide range of plastics, from the easy ethylene’s to tough engineering resins.

BX Nozzle

The BX nozzle is designed to provide a general purpose solution for low to medium cavitation applications, not requiring hot half construction. Sharing the X range tip, nut and gate configurations ensures the BX nozzle performs under demanding moulding conditions. Available in a large variety of sizes and lengths makes this nozzle a very versatile product for a wide range of applications.

The SX nozzle is specifically designed for all single nozzle applications. The two independently controlled heater zones provide uniform temperature distribution along the length of the nozzle, making it ideal to process demanding engineering and temperature sensitive resins.
