Project Management for Nonprofits
The seminar is training participants about the principles of project management. Teach them effectively plan, implement and evaluate the results of the project using several methods of project management. We will also devote fundraising and its importance for the non-profit sector as well as tips on how to do fundraising in practice. The training participants can mutually exchange practical experience in project preparation and management.
Náplň tréningu:
Tréning je vedený formou vzájomnej interakcie lektora s poslucháčmi a účastníkmi tréningu navzájom, na ktoré nadväzuje riešenie prípadovej štúdie (spracovanie návrhu konkrétneho projektu). Teoretická časť prebieha súbežne s praktickou, pričom dôraz je kladený na tímovú prácu.
