More than sixty years of tradition in production of injection molds and moulding of thermoplastics designed to various industries - automotive, electronics, pharmaceutical, garden equipment, home appliances, electrotechnical etc., allows the company PF PLASTY CZ focuse on production of demanding molds and mouldings using the technology of multi-component injection, production of molds and mouldings with reflective surfaces and optics, as well as production of big housings for automotive head lamps and rear lamps with subsequent assambly and many others precision thermoplastics.
Company dispose of it´s own modern tool shop with engineering design department using the 3D print service, as well as the latest CNC machining technologies.
PF PLASTY CZ offer to our customers a comprehensive solution to their demanding requests, starting with project development, engineering, design, production including sampling and assistance, delivery of reference samples and measurement report. During the design and development phase we implement methods to ensure the quality management system, APQP, sampling of parts according to PPAP and VDA 2, Moldflow analysis, tool design analysis, PPAP, FMEA, MSA methods and process capability.
