The equipment is designed for storing shredded or ground plastic material and feeding it into subsequent processing equipment.

The material is transported from the shredder via a conveyor. It falls to the bottom of the hopper, where a rotating paddle feeds it into a screw chamber. The material is then conveyed by a large-diameter screw into narrowing pressure chambers.

During this process, the material is continuously compressed and pushed into the discharge section, where it is taken over by the extruder screw.

Due to compression, significant heat is generated, therefore the chambers are temperature-controlled (cooled) by circulating liquid. The temperature is maintained by an integrated tempering unit.

The machine has a valid Declaration of Conformity.
