A specialized recycling system consisting of a single-shaft shredder and an optional horizontal hydraulic baler, primarily designed for waste processing (WT).

The shredder (model 3E WT3080, 30 kW) is a slow-speed machine with high torque. The shredding process takes place on an 800 mm long rotor equipped with rotating knives that cut the material against fixed counter-knives. For efficient material feeding, the shredder is equipped with a hydraulic ram that actively pushes the material into the cutting chamber. The size of the output fraction is controlled by an interchangeable screen.

An optional horizontal hydraulic baler is used for subsequent compaction and volume reduction of shredded materials (e.g., plastics, paper, textiles) into compact bales, significantly optimizing transport and storage costs.

This represents a comprehensive solution for shredding and volume reduction of a wide range of recyclable materials.

The system includes additional equipment such as a new conveyor, big bag support structure, platform walkway, and other upgrades.
