We offer a unique technology from the Japanese company MATSUI – the ARV-38 device, which removes dust from the material to ensure a homogeneous material mixture and thereby increases the stability of the plastic injection moulding process. It can also remove up to 100% of black or white specks on final products. Last but not least, it reduces the costs of cleaning conveying and drying filters. It significantly improves production quality and reduces the reject rate.
