ENGEL's collaboration with vocational schools continues!

The first part of the visit took place at the plant in the town of Schwertberg, where small and medium-sized injection moulding machines are manufactured. As the company manufactures up to 65% of its own components, visitors were able to see not only the assembly of the machines themselves, but also extensive machining facilities, painting lines, assembly shops and automated warehouses with robots.

ENGEL's cooperation with vocational schools

After lunch, the group moved to the second plant in St. Valentin. This plant specialises in the production of larger injection moulding machines, particularly two-platen designs. The sight of an injection moulding machine with a clamping force of 5 500 tonnes and a length of 34 metres made the greatest impression on everyone.

The visit was a valuable experience for the students, allowing them to see cutting-edge technologies in practice and broaden their horizons regarding future career opportunities.
