Hireco Fluid s. r. o.�is a trading and distribution company that specializes in comprehensive care for lubricants. We implement oil filtration using mechanical and electrostatic cleaning. We offer various types of air and oil filters. We provide laboratory analyzes and membrane tests to verify the condition of oils. We design individual solutions tailored to the customer regarding oil care. We offer customers solutions that help reduce the cost of running and maintaining hydraulic equipment. We focus on the quality of products and services and the timeliness of delivery.

Range of products / Services

Oil purification

- Electrostatic cleaning of Kleentek - cleaning of oil by Kleentek. The cleaning range is designed based on the oil samples taken.

- Mechanical cleaning - bag filtration, off line filtration units - rental of mobile and stationary equipment for mechanical filtration using filter cartridges.

Oil analysis

- Membrane test - Using a contamination control kit, we provide measurements of oil contamination on site or in the laboratory. Using membrane filter technology, an immediate result is available for all insoluble contaminants, including oil oxidation products, which are the main cause of machine failure. Hard particles can also be observed under a microscope, which provides an estimated number of particles and an indication of the type of materials present. For each test, a record is issued specifying the purity of the liquid according to ISO 4407 or NAS code.
- Laboratory analysis - We provide detailed analysis of hydraulic oils to achieve trouble-free operation and high productivity of the equipment through preventive maintenance. Analyzes are performed by accredited laboratories. The results are presented to the customer in paper form or using the FluidLAB web application.

Oil tank cleaning

We provide cleaning of oil tanks from dirt using an industrial vacuum cleaner and Maschinenreiniger products. Refilling of tanks.

FluidLAB

Online internet application for customers. After logging into the system, our customers have an overview of machines, complete documentation of membrane tests and the results of laboratory analyzes. Reports with results are projected into graphs.
