In most food processing industries where food products and ingredients are cut, ground and mixed, small particles of metal can become detached from cutting machines knives, and plastic parts from containers can become a real issue if they are not detected during the different production processes.

Final customer claims can be costly and very damaging to brand image, hence the crucial need to detect any non-food particles.

Using of Blue colored plastics work easily when it´s controlled by visual test, but once mixed in processed food it can become invisible.
