Plastic injection - free production capacity
Dear Business Partners,
allow us to introduce you to the production possibilities of our family-owned Czech company, which has been operating in the plastics industry for more than two decades.
At the same time, we would like to offer you the possibility of manufacturing plastic parts on our modern injection machines.
We focus on the injection molding of small and very small parts. The maximum volume of the injected dose is 150 cc.
We can produce highly dimensionally precise technical parts in excellent quality.
We inject all common types of materials, including high-temperature materials such as PEEK.
Technical moldings made of thermoplastic elastomers, especially TPU, are abundantly represented in our portfolio.
Even small-volume orders, or production in semi-automatic mode with an operator, are not a problem.
We have nine injection molding machines in operation with a closing force of 35 to 80 t.
We take great pride in ensuring that our machines are always in excellent condition. For this purpose, we regularly modernize and service our machine park.
You can be sure that we will not manufacture your parts on machines that are unable to maintain the same set parameters in each cycle. In our production, you will only find injection molding machines from the leading European manufacturers Engel and Arburg.
We can inject either using your molds or we can ensure their construction and production ourselves.
We can help you not only with the construction of molds, but also with the plastic components themselves.
Mold maintenance and repairs are a matter of course.
You can also contact us if you need to start production again from already existing, but non-functional forms for various reasons. We can revive them again, or modify them.
Of course, we will pack, assemble and deliver all products according to your requirements. If necessary, we are able to carry out, for example, a 100 percent inspection.
