Lifocolor invests €2m in new plant

Lifocolor Farbplast, the Polish subsidiary of Germany-based Lifocolor Farben, is investing 8m zloty (€2m) in a new plant in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

The plant, which is scheduled to start operations in September 2012, will have materbatch capacity of up to 1,000 tonnes per year, and will increase the company’s previous production and warehouse area to three times its previous size.

Lifocolor Farbplast works with Lifocolor plants in Germany, the Czech Republic and France to produce masterbatches.
