We offer for sale a recycling line for waste films with washing and regranulation.
Basic data:
Line installation 2016, start of operation 3/2017
Manufacturer: BEXMAC (Ustun is Makina) - Turkey
Nominal capacity 700 kg/hour at the input - LDPE
Real processing capacity of municipal films at the input 500-600 kg/hour
The line includes cold water washing - flow rate in the system 80-90 m3/hour
According to the contract, the line was designed for LDPE, HDPE, PP (Big-Bag)
During processing, it is possible to skip (by-pass) the washing process.
Single-screw extruder with agglomerator (including coloring device) and vacuum pump.
Melt filtration - laser continuous filter Ettlinger (German manufacturer), filtration 150 um, if necessary, can be changed.
Line consumption +-500 kW/hour price 410,000 Euro
The sale also includes spare parts (new screw + chamber, 10x melt filter 150 um, bearings, belts, electric motors, etc.)
