Unipetrol to present plastics from Chempark Z�lu�� at the international trade fair in D�sseldorf

Apart from products from other companies in the Unipetrol Group, the company will also be offering the services of researchers from the subsidiary company Polymer Institute Brno at the trade fair which will this year be held from 16 until 23 October.

Unipetrol RPA will be presenting a wide range of products from the high-density polyethylene LITEN and polypropylene MOSTEN at the K-Messe 2013 international trade fair in the German city of Düsseldorf. Apart from products from other companies in the Unipetrol Group, the company will also be offering the services of researchers from the subsidiary company Polymer Institute Brno at the trade fair which will this year be held from 16 until 23 October.

"A large number of the exhibitors at K-Messe are companies from Central Europe and it is precisely this region which is one of the main sales areas for plastics from Zálu�í," said Markéta Voglová, director of the Polyolefin Unit at Unipetrol RPA."Within the region of Central and Eastern Europe, Unipetrol is successful with its products and achieves very good market shares. In the case of polypropylene, this was 23% last year and 29% in the case of polyethylene," adds Markéta Voglová.

The exhibition stand which will be located in Hall 7a at location C01, will hold a presentation by Unipetrol RPA and Unipetrol Deutschland. Apart from its offer of a wide range of products from the high-density polyethylene LITEN and the polypropylene MOSTEN, Unipetrol will also be presenting a wide range of other petrochemical, refinery and agrochemical products. These are produced not only at Chempark Zálu�í, but also in other production plants in the PKN Orlen group or by other chemical producers from theCzechRepublicandSlovakia.

The German K-Messe is one of the leading trade fairs in the fields of the rubber industry and production of plastics. Over three thousand exhibitors will be presenting their products in seventeen halls. Apart from rubber and plastic products, participants will also be offering industrial machinery for this sector or services relating to production of plastic and rubber. Together with participants directly from the sector, representatives of other sectors also regularly visit the trade fair, for example from the automobile and engineering industry or the field of agriculture.

The trade fair was last held in 2010. Over three thousand companies, half of which came from abroad, exhibited in exhibition grounds160,000 square metresin size. The trade fair was visited by roughly 220,000 customers from 109 countries around the world.
