The company†÷kologische Kautschuk Technologie s.r.o.†have been engaged in the field of rubber technologies with a focus on technical injected rubber since 1994.
Since we first started the company, we have been making use of more than 40 yearsí experience in this field, which we apply in all phases of our processes Ė in the development, manufacturing and applications of our projects.
We place the same intensive emphasis on both internal development and the development of cooperation with our customers. Our aim is to continuously develop and improve the quality of our deliveries.

Range of products / Services
Mould for rubber parts -†We implement projects for moulds,†for all types of elastomers, rubber-metal bondings, rubber-plastic bondings, silicones, and liquid silicones.
Prototyping -†Before the production processes of serial moulds†we implement the prototyping process, with which we verify the serial production technology, its possible optimisation, as well as the functional parameters of the final products.
Cold runner system -†As regards their construction, our cold runner systems are constructed as open or closed systems. Each project is an individual solution with emphasis on optimising the material flow, as relates to volume and pressure, from individual injection nozzles.
Transfer systems -†Temper and non-temper transfer systems are suitable for small products with a small offset of shapes. The technical solution with the temper system minimises the injection system to nearly zero.
Process Engineering -†When implementing all project processes, we make use of our long-term experience. Verification and test processes take place in our technology centre, which is equipped with modern injection machines. With our support, we are able to start projects directly at the customerís location.
Accessories -†Loading equipment, Demoulding equipment, Silicone stuffers, Temper units, Insulation plates, Preheating stations
CAD - CAM - We continuously modernise hardware and software applications to ensure their maximum compatibility with our customersí technical solutions. The DNC system, connected to CAD-CAM systems, provides for the effective distribution and work with data within the entire companyís operations.
Metal Cutting - We own the most advanced CNC 5-axis equipment with the possibility to machine up to 80,000 rpm. The size of work pieces is up to 2,000 mm x 1,000 mm!
Electro Discharge Machining (EDM) -†Our portfolio of electro discharge machines allows us to machine up to a size of 1,200 x 900 mm.
Laser Technologies - We use laser technologies for the description of shapes and for the laser engraving of shapes. CNC 3D equipment is also available. We also use laser technology for micro-welding-on in moulds.
3D Measuring -†Since 2015, we have been working with a HEXAGON 3D measuring machine, with which we carry out both in-process and the final inspections of work pieces.
Surface Finishes -†In cooperation with traditional suppliers of surface finishes, we provide special surface technologies as part of our projects.
