Job, competence and responsibilities
Ensure the production of plastic moldings in the required quality according to the daily production plan:
- Exchanges of molds, crane operators, injectors, robots, additional equipment.
- Performing unnecessary maintenance on machines, forms and accessories. Care of trusted equipment: Regular check of machine status according to preventive maintenance plans, reporting of detected failures.
- Adjustment and modification of injection parameters according to prescribed documentation and requirements for visual, technological and mechanical quality of products.
- Ensure and control the injection of material into injection molds by means of an automatic filling system.
- Keeping recordings related to the adjustment of injections, made during manufacturing changes, to record machine failures.
- Communicate with other departments in order to maintain and improve qualitative, quantitative and technological results.

It deals exclusively with the production of plastic components, parts of air conditioning units for the automotive industry.
