Rising prices are a reality

The prices of “commodity” polymers were affected by the following factors last week:

BRENT oil price 38.55 USD/barrel, stagnant oil prices.
EUR/USD: 1.1301, weakening dollar
NAPHTHA (European) 228.91 USD/t, stagnant prices
Poland was on holiday last week,
Advance purchases for PE have started in Central Europe,
Limited PPH supply in the SCE region
Some Western European producers have cut prices by € 50/t.
