Company Paneltim ® Belgium deals with the processing of thermoplastic materials for 17 years. These materials are intended for the manufacture of sandwich panels. This is a new and recycled materials. Copo PP and HDPE are 100% recyclable.

Construction boards Paneltim ® are lightweight, yet sturdy and solid panels used for welded structures made of plastics.

Sandwich panels have the strength of character of 51 mm. The internal structure of the chambers of size 50/50 mm or 50/100 mm provide massive nature of the product.

Panels are made of polypropylene copolymer (PPC) or high density polyethylene (HDPE). The panels are resistant to almost all chemicals and shockproof.

By simply using welding wire, extruder or butt welding machines can produce all types of structures.

With a very strong internal structure reinforcements Paneltim ® panels created during the manufacturing process, does not need much reinforcing elements as the classical structures of homogeneous plates.
