International Conference - Novel Trends in Rheology VII

26.7.2017 - 27.7.2017 State: Česko City: Zlín
The conference will address the issues of unstable flows arising from polymer processing (wall slip, melt fracture, die drool, degradation, die swell, neck-in, dead spots), modeling of flow in profile / flat dies and rheology of polymeric materials.

The international conference 'Novel trends in rheology VII', July 26 – 27, 2017, is organized by the Polymer Centre, Faculty of Technology, Tomas Bata University in Zlín in cooperation with the Applied rheology division, the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) and the Czech Group of Rheology. The meeting will capture recent development in areas of experimental and theoretical rheology, non-Newtonian fluid mechanics, applied rheology for advanced polymer processing with specific attention to polymeric nanofibers production.

All conference lectures will be given by the invited and carefully selected speakers in order to guarantee a very high level of presentations and scientific papers. The poster submission is opened for all participants.

The conference will be hosted at the Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Zlín, Czech Republic.
