BuBenLaser's activity is based on the use of innovative technologies such as: laser surface hardening and laser welding (Cladding). We try to make the most of the advantages of new "high-tech" materials, e.g. various composites, precious metals and special ultra-hard steel alloys. The combination of new technologies with alternative materials brings outstanding successes. A frequent consequence of our work is a multiple increase in the service life of the parts we have developed.

Our philosophy is that we can achieve the satisfaction of our customers only by the quality of our services. Advantages of laser hardening:

• fast process, with immediate result
• possibility of application to the finished part, without subsequent processing
• reduction of production costs
• minimal heat shock, selective hardening only in required places
• only the surface is hardened, thus a double structure is achieved, ie. tough, flexible core and hard abrasion resistant cover
