Herewith we would like to offer the free capacity of our internal tool shop and the injection moulding process. Our designers are ready to start the design of the tools based on their experiences resulting from the development.
The prototype or small-serie tools and series tools for injection moulding are produced in our internal tool shop. Our pressing machines can inject the plastic parts till the maximum weight of 2 kgs made of all raw materials except PVC.
We have 2 pressing machines especially for 2K technology.
We have rich experiences with visible and transparent parts too.
The parts can be assembled and 100% checked.
The implemented quality system is based on ISO standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14000).
