ECORETAN s.r.o. deals with the development and implementation of technological procedures for the chemical recycling of waste polyurethanes.

Polyurethane is one of the ten most mass-produced polymers in the world, and its consumption in the world is more than 10 million tons per year. Today, the waste generated in connection with its use mostly ends up in landfills or incinerators, thus representing a huge environmental burden.

Our goal is to change this situation and not only to create new technologies based on the chemical recycling of polyurethane waste, but also to put them into practice in order to achieve a balance between ecology and economy.

• Development of new technologies to chemically recycle polyurethane waste. 

• Development of new polyurethane systems.

• Testing of czech and international systems related to the production of soft and hard polyurethane foam.

• Development of polyol mixes for soft and hard foam that contain recycled polyol created from waste polyurethane and has same qualities as orginal polyols.
