Company Description

TVD - Technická výroba, a.s., was founded on December 4, 1989 as TVD-Technické výrobné družstvo. The organizational structure consists of several separate centers that, thanks to their specialization in individual fields, provide highly professional services and products. Our main production program is metal cabinets for electrical switchboards for the electrical industry. The company has production technologies enabling complex sheet metal processing, including product treatment with powder coating. The company deals with the processing of technical rubber, the processing of plastic materials and metalworking. We have our own premises with an area of more than 20,000 m2. We employ over 500 qualified workers.

Range of products / Services

  • Plastic injection

A separate center for the processing of plastic materials was founded in 1992. We have more than 30 years of tradition not only as a manufacturer of our own products, but also as a proven and reliable supplier of customer products according to the requirements of foreign and domestic partners.

Main production content:

- components for electrical engineering, the automotive industry and the construction industry,
- Arburg injection presses. Closing forces 600 - 2000 kN, volume up to 480 cm,
- ensuring the production of molds to order, according to the supplied documentation or sample,
- production of technical moldings and moldings with moldings,
- completion.

  • Processed materials:

We offer serial production of plastic moldings, injection moldings for small and large series. We process materials PA6, PA6.6, HDPE, LDPE, PP, ABS, PC/ABS, POM. We have reliable and precise ARBURG injection molding machines with a closing force of 600 to 2000 KN and a volume of up to 480 cm. Currently, the press shop is equipped with 6 ARBURG injection molding machines with a maximum closing force of 200 t and a weight of plastic molding up to 0.5 kg.

In the future, we plan to expand production and invest in high-tonnage injection molding machines. We have a hall of approx. 2000 m2 at our disposal, which will be renovated in the near future.

Quality moldings are the basis of our business. Quality is supervised by an experienced team whose goal is to eliminate possible defects before they occur. Some of our products are subject to state quality verification according to customer regulations and standards.
