IPA Slovakia, s.r.o. workshop: APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning

APQP - is the methodology dealing with planning product quality with respect to the phases from a definition, through development to serial production. The goal is to sell to organizations (both internal and external) and suppliers general guidelines for product quality planning and control and management plans jointly developed by Chrysler, Ford and General Motors.
