Fillamentum is launching polyvinylchloride suitable for 3D printing

Fillamentum, a Czech company that is one of the world's leading manufacturers of strings for 3D printers, is launching the long-awaited Vinyl 303 filament for sale. Polyvinylchloride, which was developed by Fillamentum with the Nakano brand, was put on sale on March 4, 2019.

 

Fillamentum se může pochlubit, jako jeden z prvních na světě, výrobou tisknutelného polyvinylchloridu. Tento materiál zároveň patří do rodiny Fillamentum Industrial, jež se zabývá vývojem a výrobou strun pro průmyslové aplikace.

Vinyl 303 je samozhášivý materiál, který se vyznačuje skvělými mechanickými vlastnostmi.  Za zmínku stojí tvrdost, která je srovnatelná s Nylonem CF 15 Carbon, strunou posílenou o mikrokarbonová vlákna, která je na trhu už delší dobu. Vinyl 303 je komoditní plast charakteristický nízkou nasákavostí a také chemickou odolností. Své uplatnění najde zejména v průmyslové sféře, při prototypování či výrobě komponentů do výroby.

Doporučené hodnoty tisku: 215–230 °C

Rychlost tisku: 40–60 mm/s
