The process of recycling PET bottles:
1 / Crushing PET bottles takes place in two crusher with capacity of 1300 kg / hr.
2 / Money crushed flakes - crushed cleaning PET is held in high capacity washing machine with power from 1000 to 1400 kg / h, which is used for hot water without adding chemicals.
3 / Regranulácia - is the last step of recycling, clean grit gets into regranulátora, where at 280 ° C and a pressure of 160 bar regranulate get form amorphous. This form of granulate can be used as a raw material for the textile industry for fiber drawing. Follow the kryšalizácia, which is part of polycondensation. At 200 ° C and a pressure of 0 bar gets the final form of the material and the desired quality.
