Pressing Our plastic moldings are made on hydraulic presses BATTENFELD a fully electric injection presses MITSUBISHI .. These facilities, along with the application process management, production management and quality guarantee for our customers. Our main market segments are the technical parts for the automotive and electronics industry.
DESIGN
In the department of design and use 3D CAD system Unigraphics NX and Solid Edge .. Optimálne design allows the simulation of injection molds CADMOULD.
Using these resources allows us to minimize the number of tests we produced forms, and respond flexibly to possible modifications to the requirements of our customers.
QUALITY
Quality Department has modern CNC 3D measuring devices from companies WENZEL and Werth .. The department, in cooperation with the mill also provides testing and recovery we made molds for injection molding machines. It also provides for the monitoring of critical dimensions during production of moldings and their statistical evaluation.
