The company has more than 50 years of tradition in the manufacture of technical plastic products and is one of the largest manufacturers of sanitary products in Slovakia and Bohemia. SAM HOLDING manufactures plastic products for demanding application of mechanical engineering, electronics, consumer and automotive industries as well as forms of testing for the manufacture of plastics.
The plastic laboratories carried out: - Testing of materials used, - Implementation of entry and betweenioperačnej plastic granules and control components.
Drawings create programs AutoCAD 2000, Solidworks (2D) and Pro / DESKTOP 2000i2 (3D) drawings, but can read and processed in other programs (CATIA, eDrawings, AGEES ,...).
The company owns the highest level of machinery and technology, for example.: - Injection pressure machine tags ENGEL (Austria), Kaus (Germany), TOS Rakovník (CR) and CS Vihorlat Snina (SR).
Options: - Producing plastic products from 1 g to 4700 g; - Closing pressure to 10,000 kN - Very difficult and complicated products.
Implementation of intensive technologies: - Injection of elastomers, - Injection plastic parts for electroplating chromium surface.
